The Great Bend high school debate squad competed at the Buhler Debate Tournament  on Saturday, October 21.

Both debate teams placed at the tournament. Patrick Heath and Bayle Sandy placed third. Jazmin Castellanos and Geoffrey Pafford placed seventh. 27 schools competed at the tournament.

Castellanos stated, “ I am really glad that I went, I learned so much and both teams did an amazing job.”
