Dinah Newman and Ruth Williams received sixth in number I doubles, while Laura Daniel and Sahara Rziha placed second in doubles II. The team all together earned second place at the meet. The next day the varsity team dominated at Dodge City.   All six girls placed in the top six as well as earning first place as a team.  Abby Moyers and Alexis Folkerts placed  first in number I doubles. Mya Ward and Madison Huslig earned second in doubles II. Anna Popp received  second place in singles. Remi Ingram placed third in singles.

Doubles player Sahara Rziha said, “I would rather play doubles because if you’re having an off day, you have a partner to help and encourage you.”

The Lady Panthers JV teams will see action Saturday at Pratt, Monday at Hoisington, and Tuesday at Lions.  The varsity girls are off for a week and get back to action next Thursday, September 26th at Salina South.
