With Prom right around the corner, this seems like the perfect time to tell you guys about driving safe. Teenagers often make the choice to celebrate special occasions with alcohol, and do not have a safe ride home. Every 15 minutes, a teenager is killed in a drunk driving accident. Every 90 seconds, somebody is injured in a drunk driving accident. These accidents are completely preventable. This prom season, make sure you are taking the proper precautions to keep yourself and other drivers safe. Be very cautious of what other drivers are doing, and maintain full awareness of the road. Do not text and drive, especially with other people in the vehicle. Make sure you have taken the proper precautions to ensure that you will make it home safely.
