“GBHS has been chosen to host the West Kansas District National Qualifier Debate Tournament. This prestigious tournament will be held on Friday Dec. 13 and Saturday Dec. 14. Hosting this tournament is a testament to the reputation of our program in the surrounding area. Each round needs a panel of three judges. That means our squad needs to find a large pool of smart people willing to judge. You do NOT need to be a former debater or have judged in the past. You just need to be willing to listen to very talented young people debate an interesting and important topic,” says Kim Heath, GBHS debate coach.

Please contact Heath by calling (620)-639-1614 or by emailing her at [email protected] to volunteer as a judge for this home debate tournament.
