Things to Look Forward to This Year!

2021 is here! Many events in 2020 were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so this year is offering both rescheduled and new events. Here are some of the events that will (unless COVID stops them) be happening this year.

The 59th inauguration ceremony of the president. On January 20th, 2021, Joe Biden will be inaugurated in Washington D.C.

The Super Bowl, happening February 7th at Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, FL.

The 63rd Annual Grammy Awards will take place on March 14th at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The 93rd Academy Awards on April 25th, happening in Los Angels.

The second-shortest total lunar eclipse of the 21st century will occur on May 26th, lasting just 14 minutes and 30 seconds.

The annular solar eclipse will occur on June 10th.

The summer Olympics starting on July 23rd, taking place in Tokyo, Japan.

The 2021 Rugby League World Cup will commence on October 23rd-November 7th in England.

A total solar eclipse will take place on December 4th.

Even though 2020 wasn’t an ideal year, there were still many great things that came from it. Next time you see or hear something negative, remember some of the good that will come. All of these events are chances for you to get out and have some fun!
