Weekly Activity Updates 

December 6th-11th

With all the activities we have going on at GBHS It would be nice to have a weekly reminder of the activities every week. I am here to tell you what is happening with high school and any other reminders weekly. Here are this week’s events.

Monday

Middle school has a basketball game at home against Hays starting at 4

Tuesday 

High School Boys Swim Inv starting at 4pm at Barton Community College 

Middle School has an orchestra concert starting at 7 in the GBMS gym

The High School Band has there holiday concerts starting at 7pm 

Wednesday 

ELA and Math Winter Benchmark makeup start this day

Thursday 

Second Day of ELA and Math Winter Benchmark makeup testing 

High School Spring Play tryouts in the auditorium from 3:10-5pm.  

Girls Wrestle with Dodge City at home starting at 5pm 

Friday

The deadline to order graduation supplies 

High School Spring Play tryouts in the auditorium from 3:10-5pm.

Pep Assembly at 8pm in the High School Gym 

Boys and Girls basketball play at home with Junction City starting at 4pm 

Saturday 

Debate tournament at Moundridge 

Girls JV wrestles at home starting at 9am

These are just some of the events that are going on in Great Bend right now. If you are looking for something to do, try and make it out to support any of the teams at GBHS. The support is much appreciated by the student athletes. Also, if you are a student, remember there are themes to the games and tournaments so dress up to hold up your teams.
