The 2018 FBLA Craft Festival
November 16, 2018
Last Saturday the Future Business Leaders of America held their 14th annual craft festival. Along with the craft festival the FBLA members also had a Bake Sale selling baked goods that the members made themselves. From cookies to cakes members brought in what they spent their hard earned time on to sell to raise money to go to state competition for FBLA. In total the bake sale raised $189. FBLA members put in a lot of work into the Craft Festival. From setting up the PAC to baking treats for the bake sale the FBLA members put in one hundred percent of effort. With 74 different booths plus the bake sale and also the fact that every year FBLA members try to make the Craft Festival as successful and stress free as possible for not only the people who attend it the Craft Festival, but also the people who run the booths; it comes as no shock that the estimated amount of people who attended the Craft Festival was 800. The vendors were not disappointed one review said ”great show and extremely helpful”, another said “great atmosphere. Great price. The kids are so helpful and customer oriented.”
