This week the love expert is a little bit stumped by some of your questions but, we get to take a look at unrequited love, everyone needs advice so that is why i’m here!

Some anonymous submissions have been streaming in and I’m here to answer!

Q: Why does my ex still love me?

A: There can be many answers to this question, they might love you because they still want to be with you, they might love you because they liked how you made them feel, etc. I don’t think that the Love Expert could use a specific answer for that really, the mind works in weird ways, mentally they can still be checked into the relationship even though physically they aren’t. It takes different periods of time for people to get over someone, so they love you because they felt that feeling and it isn’t the easiest to overcome.

Q: When will he love me back?

A: When he is ready, if he will be ready. Sometimes wanting someone to love you back hurts more in the end because you are setting your bar of hope high. You can still be in love with someone but don’t dwell on them falling for you. Because as a person you mean so much to many people and someone might be thinking the same thing about you. If the signs are there that they don’t share the same feeling maybe open your eyes a tad but more to see that there are others who are figuring out love too.

Q: How do I control my love life ?

A: You don’t. You can guide where your love falls but there are always times when you love someone you shouldn’t, but at the same time it feels like you should. Sometimes too much control of what you love doesn’t help, and we all know no control is just chaos. You stay in the middle, try and know the reality of what your feeling, but at the same time take a chance because going outside of your comfort zone isn’t always bad. 🙂
